Collection Description
The IEJHRC has accumulated a large number of black and white and color photographs documenting meetings, hearings, protests and demonstrations, banners and signs, parades, individual activists, Ironbound residents including children, classes, parades and celebrations, and other neighborhood landmarks and activities. Original negatives, prints, and digital files are housed at the Ironbound Community Corporation. Roughly 500 prints have been digitized to date. Many of these images can be viewed at the archive as illustrations in publications and in the introductory PowerPoint that presents an overview of the archive. Inquiries about images in the collection should be directed to Nancy Zak
