Access NoteLibrary Reading Room hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Library is closed on federal holidays. Appointments are recommended. Audiovisual archives may be seen by appointment only. Because the Library’s website contains only a limited amount of information concerning its many collections, it is important to call or email and arrange to speak with an archivist specializing in your area of interest prior to scheduling a visit.
